My wedding nails 💅

Aleah, on September 28, 2019 at 5:47 PM Posted in Hair and Makeup 2 30
Yesterday I got my nails done for the first time in my life. I had already decided what I wanted with a photo on Pinterest to show them and she did it exactly like it. I definitely like it and want it on my big day, they’re not too long and they look natural to me. What do you guys think?

Ps. Can I see what nails y’all did/are doing for your wedding? Haven’t made an absolute decision yet but I’m pretty sure I want this.
First picture is with sun. Second and third is inside with natural light from the window this morning.

So pretty! I was supposed to do my nails the morning of my elopement and completely forgot. I didn't remember until driving up the Mountain when I looked down and saw the old chipped nail polish from the week prior. Thank goodness you can't tell in photos though, it was a very light neutral pink color 😂

I love the color! Maybe ask the technician to soften the edges a bit and maybe not make them too thick? Just a suggestion.
This is how I had my nails when we got engaged (he sneakily agreed that I should have fun and get them done the day before) and I’ll probably do it again for the wedding.

Yours are gorgeous! (And the ring is too!)
Surprisingly they’re not that thick, she used that little drill thingy to fix that and I asked for it to be squared off, idk I love the way it looks and that’s how my natural nails grow. You can’t tell but three of those fingers didn’t have fake nails put on them because they were the length I wanted so she just matched the rest to it.
Mare you planning to do the same look for your wedding?

Oh awesome! The lighting on my phone might be making them look a little thicker than they are. I’m trying not to wake FH up with my phone lol. Then yeah that’s definitely a great look for you! I probably will go with this exact same shape (coffin, but I ask for them shorter and not too pointed at the tip or around the edges cuz I wear contacts) cuz I feel like they make my fingers look longer.

I love the more natural look so it doesn’t distract from your dress. I’ve been trying out different shade and landed on this since my dress is ivory and champagne. Two and a half more weeks and I get them done for the big day 🥰👰🏻

I wear contacts too! I haven’t put them in yet with these I’m nervous lol, I also wear glasses so I have options, I’m sure I can figure it out, I really only need my contacts/glasses when I’m driving and reading/writing.

Wow! Haha, you’re nails look great though, they look all natural and clean in that photo😊 my nails look weird, I don’t dare put nail polish on them because it makes them get attention lol, they grow in one direction (idek) but with my nails done and all the same length (and straight) I love it.
