Well, from the start it was pretty good. My then fiance and I got engaged in November, and we got married just this past February 20, 2020. It helps to just know what you want, stick to your budget and make sure that you stay in control. My wedding planner, husband, and I purchased most of my items online, including the groomsmen outfits. Several people asked if we spent over $10,000.00 for our wedding, not even close! My flower girls dresses were $25.00, and one of the dresses was a dress she wore at her cotillion. We made my tablescapes, and purchased beautiful dinnerware (plastic), silver rimmed, and placed it on chargers that was spray painted. It was absolutely gorgeous. Just use your imagination. Use the internet to save money. Get your flowers at the lowest cost. Get a private caterer. The food will taste better and will cost less. And, my best advice, make the wedding about you and your fiance and no one else. Remember you'll want to have memories of this day as a breathtaking and heartfelt moment that will last forever. Don't stress out over something that's going to be a commitment for the rest of your life. Good luck!
