My Target Registry... HELP!

So we registered at Bed Bath & Beyond and Target. The whole process was a little overwhelming for me. Now it has turned into a complete nightmare!

I cannot access my Target registry online like they told me I could. I can't DELETE anything. I've called the 800 number and we thought they helped, but turns out I still can't access it! I don't know what to do.

I feel as if we might have to go back and register all over again! Smiley sad

Anybody registered here and know how to fix it!??

    When I registered there, we made the mistake of starting a new registry in someone else's account! Luckily we figured it out, but maybe that's what went wrong?

    You should be able to. I registered online at Target.com. Did you try searching for your registry to make sure its there? Id go down to the store if you cant get a hold of anyone.

    If you go to the top of targets website, put your mouse over registries...towards the bottow of club wed is a button that says manage...that should bring up the screen to enter your website and password that you used and created in store....

    Can you see it if you just type it in as if you were a guest?? that way you know its definately online. I've been having trouble with target too. People keep saying they can't find us but I can. Their website doesn't seem too reliable. doublecheck that you can see it at all so you know if its just you not being able to log on or if its not up at all.

    I can go under as guest and I can see my registry, but there are a few things that we decided to go with BB&B instead of Target so I'm trying to delete them before people start buying gifts.

    @Julie...when I type in my email and password it says an account already exists, and when I changed my password (with the 800 number people) I still couldn't do it.

    I had trouble with that too- and I've had to go on the website and reset my password about 6 times, and now it's finally working

    I would go to the store and try to get some help. I found the staff at Target to be very helpful. Unlike my experience at Kohl's. I was very upset by my treatment at the customer service desk, so much so I walked out the store. I figured if they weren't interested in helping me my family could buy my gifts at another store. I did call and get Kohl's to help me add one more item and they were nice, but I still didn't appreciate being talked down to in the store because I didn't write down a code I thought I could remember.

    I had that problem with target and i couldnt deal anymore and called the 800 and asked them to cancel my reg and they asked well is the wedding still on and i said yes and she said then why do u want to delete it i told her cuz her site sucks lol and she said she did well 2 weeks later i just wanted to double check and it was still there so i got so mad i called again and another female came on the phone i told her that i called 2 weeks ago to cancel it and its still there and she asked why i wanted to cancel it and at that point i was so pissed cuz she kept asking the same questions so i said the wedding is off do u mind just deleting the dam thing. and less then 24 hours it was gone lol i stuck with bed bath and beyond lol i like them :-)

    I am sad to hear about these stories. I love Target! I have a registry there and I have no problems. I have also ordered gifts for someone else through her registry. Again, no problems.

    Im so sorry for this trouble. i hear you! myregistry.com went weird on me today. it has to update and sync with my other registries. i deleted something at crate and barrel and it wouldnt delete on myregistry.com. it turns out, it wont post for another 24 hours. im freaking out cause i dont want two serving bowl sets. its absolutely silly because the wedding is still a year away and nobody is looking at my registry right now lol. also i discovered there is a character limit on my password when i set it but not when i login so i couldnt login to save my life.

    I'm having problems too, there was something on my list that i didnt even scan!! and cant log in to delete it... 4 breast pumps for babies!!! LOL!!! funny but not!! Smiley smile
