My stylist cut off all my hair!!!!!!!!

Heather, on May 11, 2011 at 10:14 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 51

I went to get a TRIM today. My stylist was visibly upset... So she just started to cut... I noticed that A LOT of hair was falling. I already have short hair as it is.... I was hysterical!!!!!!!! The one pic is the of what the hair is SUPPOSED to look like and the other is my whack job! 9 days till my wedding... WHAT am i going to do?? FS was super supportive... He said I could wear a wig :'(

My only option now is to cut it super short or get extensions.

Oh wow. How unprofessional. I am so sorry. If you want it long go for the extensions. If you don't mind it short, go for the shorter cut. I am so sorry. =[

Have you talked to the manager at the salon? They should do something to fix it- and refund your money.

Holy frijoes. That is NOT ok! You need to speak to the owner of the salon, and MAKE them do whatever you want to fix it. If you want extensions, get them, and at their expense. Make sure they know what happened! I'm so sorry, you must be so upset! Stand up for yourself, and at least get that cut fixed to be livable for you.

Oh my freaking heck! I'd read a riot act to the salon owner and DEMAND they do whatever it takes to fix your hair for your wedding.

I'll have my hair trimmed next month - that gives me 6-8 weeks to grow out any disasters! YIKES!

WHAT!? Oh, hell no. It's the owner's responsibility to fix it! I hope to God you didn't pay. I'd be on every social media outlet known to man, trashing that place. And send them the bill for whatever you get done! OMG...I'm so mad for you.

No- you go back to the manager. Tell her you wnat it fixed, and that stylist isn't going near your head! She can pay another stylist to correct it- and foot the bill for extensions.

Even if they are independent, they represent her business.

I could be wrong- but legally, you are in the right here- and the owner is just as culpable as the stylist.

Talk to her again- and tell her if you go to another salon to fix it- you will be expecting the stylist to write you a check for WHATEVER it costs. And get it in writing...

You have every right to make a scene. OMG! What was she thinking!! This is your stylist? And she knows you are getting married SOON?? Who does this!! I am furious right now over this!! So so sorry! Were you planning on wearing a veil?? I would go to the salon and demand some compusation for extensions and go to another salon!!
