My brother said i don't have enough food or choices for 150 people

Hello, My brother asked me what was on the menu for the reception. There will be passed apps for cocktail hour but for dinner we will have Beef, chicken, green beans, mac&cheese, a mashed potato bar, salad and rolls. We hare having cake and a sweets table as well. Is that not enough food? Do I...

Hello, My brother asked me what was on the menu for the reception. There will be passed apps for cocktail hour but for dinner we will have Beef, chicken, green beans, mac&cheese, a mashed potato bar, salad and rolls. We hare having cake and a sweets table as well. Is that not enough food? Do I need more options?

    It's actually a salad bar not just a plated salad. So a salad bar, mashed potato bar, green beans and mac&cheese if they're not vegan. And some of the passed apps are mini veggie quesadilla's and shots of tomato soup with mini grill cheese sandwiches, shrimp cocktail so I think they'll be fine.

    That sounds like a well rounded meal to me, with enough options and covering a good amount of food groups. I like what one PP said about contributing to the funds if he wants more choices Smiley tongue

    That's plenty of options. We're giving one. If they don't like the free dinner we are providing, that's on them.
    I say this as a picky eater who has definitely ducked out for food and came back.

    I went to a wedding recently and had one meat which was chicken, mashed potatoes, two vegetables and rolls. I was full and it was good
