Hello, My brother asked me what was on the menu for the reception. There will be passed apps for cocktail hour but for dinner we will have Beef, chicken, green beans, mac&cheese, a mashed potato bar, salad and rolls. We hare having cake and a sweets table as well. Is that not enough food? Do I need more options?

    You have plenty. We have 2 types of apps and have 2 meat options, veg, potatoes, Mac and cheese, salad, and rolls plus a candy buffet and cupcakes. When you give your caterer your final head count, they make enough food to accommodate. I'm sure your guests will be plenty satisfied with their meals.

    Your menu sounds great ! I had an excess amount of food where some went to waste so I think yours is the right portion

    For ours we are having a taco bar with rice and beans, and I am considering that a full meal, so to me your options sound like plenty.

    I think it is plenty good. Some people are suggesting salad, and that is fair, but I don't go to a wedding for salad, lol!!!!

    If you have vegetarians or vegans ensure to have an option for them. I'm a vegan and its very disturbing when I'm invited to someone's house for dinner, party or a reception and there is nothing there for me to eatSmiley sad

    If you have vegetarians I would add a option for them not just a salad. A lot of places will do dietary options.
