My brother said i don't have enough food or choices for 150 people

Your menu is a complete meal: choice of meat/protein, vegetable, and 1 or 2 sides. Add to that your appetizers, cake and sweets table, you have enough food. Perhaps he thinks you should have a wider selection of food choices but that's not realistic at all weddings given the cost of catering.

I think your brother is thinking with his own stomach LOL Your menu is great. there are two meat choices, that's all any wedding i've ever gone to has had. Green beans are a good choice, since most people like them, mac & cheese sounds awesome to me!!

I would probably add a tossed salad. Do you have any vegetarians in your group? Thats one thing I have been trying to keep in mind because I’m a meat eater and I have a few vegetarians who are coming and I want to have something substantial that they can eat besides bread and salad.

I think your menu looks fine though, especially if everyone eats meat. It’s a complete meal.

I think you have plenty of food options. Tell him if he thinks there needs to be more food he is welcome to add the funds to do so. Lol

I think your menu is pretty good, I might consider a second veggie or salad because some people like to have a more balanced meal. But overall it sounds great.

Yes we have a salad as well. I am not doing anything special for the vegetarians. With the mashed potatoes, green beans, salad rolls and mac&cheese if they are not vegan will have to be enough. Plus during cocktail hour one of the passed apps will be mini grilled cheese sandwiches with a shot of tomato soup

Your fine with the choices you have.

I think you're totally fine with your menu! We had 4 meal choices for our guests and with the exception of a couple of them, 90% of them got the beef and most of the others got the fish. We apparently only would have needed 2 choices to make people happy. So I think you are totally fine!

I think you have some good options however I would probably add a salad. You may have some vegetarians or people that just want to eat a bit healthy without the mashed potato bar. 😊
