So I am having a very small wedding 25 people. So I am not hiring a DJ. With that being said I'm trying to start making the music playlist since our wedding is in September. But everytime I do I cant think of the type of songs I need. Like I know I need a father daughter dance and a mother son dance and the first dance but after that I draw a blank. Can anyone help me with the types of songs I need

Our DJ gave us a list of specific songs he needed from us for the wedding, the rest he would play on his own. Here are the ones I can remember off the top of my head, I may be forgetting some:

    Ceremony:

Pre-ceremony (usually just soft instrumental background music)

    Processional

    Bride Entrance

    Recessional

    Reception:

    Introduction of wedding party

    Introduction of bride & groom

    First dance

    Father/Daughter dance

    Mother/Son dance

    Cake Cutting

    Bouqet/Garter Toss

    Last dance

    Grand exit

    Hope this helps!
