Missing wedding website??

Apparently WW has deactivated websites that were created before a certain time. I want to say 2018, but I can’t be sure. WW support did comment it on another forum post though.

I thought they were supporting COVID delayed weddings, but deleting an active site being used for that reason seems like the opposite and is extremely frustrating.

I forgot to re-up my site and I emailed the day after and they told me it was too late and that I would have to get a while new site and redo it. They said there was no way of getting it back, which I feel is crap but whatever. I opted to not worry about it and am going without for our rescheduled wedding. I wasn't going to do RSVP's on it so I wasn't too worried. Sorry this is happening. Hopefully WW Support will be able to help

View Quoted Comment My website was updated just 2 weeks ago and had all the new info, new date, everything. It makes no sense to delete a fully active site.
