Minted vs wedding wire

A friend of mine is the only person we know who has gone the wedding website route. She checked out Zola, Minted and WeddingWire before ultimately picking Zola. She mentioned that she didn’t like the setup of any of them but didn’t want to spend the extra time learning HTML to make their own. Looking back, she said that another friend had discovered Withjoy, which is highly recommended here, and that it was very easy and customizable in comparison. Had she known about Withjoy she would have used that instead of trying to pull her hair out with the others. Plus hardly anyone visited them.

I have a Minted site and love it for many reasons. 1. Your website matches your invites and any other matching signage you’ll be using on your wedding day from the same designer, 2. The RSVP function is tied to your address book from your invitations, so a guest just types their name and it knows who they are and how many guests they’re allowed 3. I added a custom question to the RSVP that asks for any dietary restrictions and common ones are listed on my paper invite, so you should be able to put dinner options on there as well.

We used Zola for our Save the Dates, wedding website, and registry. We found it really easy to use and it’s very customizable (Our RSVP page does allow the guest to choose their entree).

I'm using withjoy.com and I love it! The rsvp features are user friendly for me and my guests. I like the website design templates and people can also download the Joy app to rsvp and look through our website.

I used weddingwire...it was simple and easy and I didn't need the food option but it is there. It also let's you link your rsvps for your bridal shower and wedding rehearsal which I liked.
