Minted vs. Vistaprint for wedding suite?

Future Mrs Moore, on November 10, 2018 at 3:29 PM Posted in Planning 0 11

I am looking into using one of these companies to create my wedding suite. I just ordered samples from Vistaprint and am deciding on which sample kit to order from Minted (regular sample kit or individual samples). Did any of you use one of these companies? Were you happy with the result? What made you choose the company that you did?

Also, if any of you used a different site I'd love to hear about it.

I did my invitations through vista print, I was able to upload my design I created. The first one is the front of my invitations and the second one is the back of them. The third one is my rsvp. I ordered 50 invitations and 50 rsvps yesterday with return address labels and only spent 57.15 including shipping. Vistaprint also included 50 white envelopes each for invitations and rsvps

We did our STD's through Zazzle and I will probably be using them for my invitations as well.

Wow! You designed that yourself? They're gonna look amazing! BTW I love the height difference between you and your FH. It's like me and my FH lol. But that's also a really great deal as well.

I will have to look into Zazzle. Do they allow you to order samples?

I used minted.com for my save the dates. I did individual samples from minted since I liked 5 svd’s and wanted to see them in person before deciding. Minted was great. Very easy, quick edits and quality is top notch. We will most likely be using minted for our invites. Waiting for the Black Friday sale to purchase. You should have no hesitation using minted.

I had all of my stationary products (STD, invite, table numbers, escort cards) printed by Minted. I think their work is absolutely beautiful. I was VERY happy with everything I ordered and they are easy to work with. In my case, I found the designs I was most interested in had them send me samples of those so I could see the actual STD that I would order.

I did the individual samples on minted. I also got samples from shutterfly, vistaprint, shine wedding, and mixbook photo co.

I used minted. They have a coupon code that you can see a few cards for free. That came with a sample booklet for us. It was pretty easy and their customer service was responsive. It is more costly though. Like I think our invites were about $800 for 75. We picked a blue background and we had to pay for the color to be printed on the back of the invitation, rsvp, and information cards. We also purchased belly bands and got our addresses preprinting. The costs added up. But I was very happy with how they turned out and the quality.

We also got thank you cards and ceremony programs printed with the same style as the invites.
