Mini freak out: no one dyes shoes anymore!

Katie, on June 21, 2013 at 5:21 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 11

Due to several ankle surgeries I have to be careful about the shoes I wear. So I found a pair of peep toe small wedges, but they are so very white and I want the dyed. I've googled, called the shop where I bought my dress, the one where I bought the BM dresses and DSW and no one knows of any where I can dye shoes. Efffffff any one have any ideas? Bc I'm about to get etsy creative and church them up myself.

David's bridal and Alfred Angelo don't dye outside shoes and Payless told me no. Luckily my best friend comes to the rescue and tells me she has someone who does a great job in New Orleans. It's gonna be the sisterhood of the traveling shoes! Lol

Ugh and I'm a dork. Inside the shoe box was a thing for dyemyshoes.com. I guess I was a bit excited when I first opened the box lol

Try googling dyable shoes and your city and state. I had the same problem, and when I googled, I found a small bridal shop who can dye shoes any color imaginable. It's amazing what you might find that you didn't even know existed.

I am assuming that the shoes you bought are dyeable.

I just had my pointe shoes dyed lipstick red so, I know you can find someone! Hahaha, call a shoe repair shop and if they can't, they will know someone who does! Shoot, pm me and if all else fails ship them here and I'll take them there and ship them back! Smiley smile
