Sure, burgundy says fall rather than spring but
it's also a good spring color, here's the proof:




if you really want this color, go for it! It'll make you happy and 99% of people won't even notice/won't care about this, even if you wanted to pick summer colors. This is the reason why you should go with the color you love the most.

I know: the website says burgundy with blush but burgundy,black and white go well together.

Scarlet says more "holiday wedding" to me, so I would go with burgundy also!

Im getting married in May of 2023 too. My colors are a dark navy with hints of green, ivory and gold. Typically these are considered “winter” wedding colors, but I love it so much and navy is my favorite color so I’m just doing what I want. I’m going to try to lighten it up with extra greenery and whites in the bouquets.


You could add some hints of pink or some lighter color just to make it more “spring” but ultimately, just do what you love. As long as it’s not Halloween theme in May, I guarantee no one will comment about the colors.

We’re doing pastels. My wife and I LOVE color. So we’re using colorful flowers and pastels all over the place. Burgundy, white and black can definitely be spring colors/accents. I would stick a blush, light blue, or lavender in there to brighten it up. But even if you don’t, your colors are for you to use in whatever season! 🙌🏽 You can spring up your colors with lots of greenery and white flowers 🌸
