Just curious, are you planning to ask your guests to wear masks as well?

I'm having a masquerade wedding! We are providing masks for our guests to wear, our colors are black, dark purple and touches of silver. We are also doing candlabra centerpieces and hanging chandeliers.

My friend wants a masquerade wedding, once she gets engaged! In fact she wants all her bridesmaids to walk down with mask instead of flowers (she doesn't really like flowers). She also wants to wear a blue dress instead of the traditional white wedding dress.

My planning was stressful at times, not going to lie. Trying to find items that fit the theme without being to cheesy was difficult. Finally I started to get creative and make a lot if things and it has been pretty smooth sailing from there.

Are you doing any favors for the guests? I’m having a hard time finding anything that goes with the theme that’s not cheesy

I'm really glad I found others who are doing this theme for their wedding too! I'm providing lace masks for all the guests and would consider the masks to be the party favors. I'm getting several different kinds off amazon including the diy masks because a lot of our family and friends have kiddos and I thought making their own mask would be a fun filler activity for the under 12 group. The over 12 group I have a photo scavenger hunt planned for them
