Married in two states?

I have a feeling that it is still illegal and your marriage will not be legal as long as he is still married. I would look it up but from the last thing I knew polygamy is illegal no matter what state you are in.

You want to know if NY will check if your FH is married somewhere else because u want to marry him even though he is already married???

So your trying to be with a man that has two lifes one with his wife and one with you???

Regardless if he is "Loaded" & "your O.K. with it" if anything did happen (god forbid) you would get NOTHING his WIFE will because it's illegal to be married to more than one person at a time & your marriage will be a sham..... don't do it he is not committed to you & you could go to prison for it since you know he is married.

Hmm, to answer your question, they can tell if hes married, in order for it to be a legal wedding, he has to get divorced. Why would you want to be with someone that is still married and not to be mean, but most guys that cheat on his wife will turn around and cheat. I know that for a fact. Are you saying he is still going to be with his wife and you? I know what its like to be cheated on and its moraly wrong, or are they seperated? Hmm.
