Help! Okay so we have our marriage license appointment in person on July 10th, in California. My question is do we get the physical marriage license that day?! Basically can we get married the next day July 11th?

    Okay because someone was saying they mail it home to you, but I think they were confusing it with the marriage certificate

    We got married through civil court in East LA. All we had to do was apply for a marriage license and pay for a civil ceremony. No physical needed
