Marriage License!Marriage License! 1Yesterday we went in to apply for our Marriage License! I've been looking forward to this step for months now, but we had to wait until some other not-so-fun steps were completed. In a very bureaucratic, streamlined, 10 minute trip, we left with just a sheet of paper, but I was so excited! We're at 28 days and it really started to sink in at that moment. Did anyone else get a certain giddiness when they held the marriage license in their hands?

    We are considering to wed in DC and a huge bonus was that we can have someone else apply and get the marriage license for us!

    That's super easy. In Baltimore city only one of us needed to be present but we were doing a lot of errands together that day so just made the pit stop

    I wanted to do the selfie right there but my FH had me wait lol we actually had to go to our venue later that afternoon so I did it there. He wasn't as enthusiastic about being in the picture but was a good sport haha
