Marriage License!Yesterday we went in to apply for our Marriage License! I've been looking forward to this step for months now, but we had to wait until some other not-so-fun steps were completed. In a very bureaucratic, streamlined, 10 minute trip, we left with just a sheet of paper, but I was so excited! We're at 28 days and it really started to sink in at that moment. Did anyone else get a certain giddiness when they held the marriage license in their hands?

Yay so exciting!!! When I got married in California the first time it didn't require a trip to get one. I'm looking forward to getting ours in a few weeks!

So close! we just got back about an hour ago... very anti-climatic. In MA we have a 3 day waiting period so we only walked out with a receipt... we totally took a selfie with it through!

Just picked ours up! Our short and sweet wedding is tomorrow and I’m so overjoyed. I was smiling from ear to ear looking at our names next to each other.
