March Wedding in North Carolina?

Hi everybody! I have a question. My fiancé and I got engaged back in December 2017 & almost immediately chose Saturday, June 1, 2019 as our wedding day. The date just seemed too perfect to pass up! But... the June following our engagement was SO HOT in Durham, NC (1. I am purchasing a dress with sleeves, 2. The ceremony is outside). We would like to move our date back due to these issues, so I was thinking about the beginning of April. Turns out there are too many family birthdays in April so that would not work. We are now thinking Saturday, March 30th, 2019. *Are there any ladies out there who got married in March in NC? Or any brides who are planning to get married around this time? What are your thoughts on the weather???* We would like weather that is not hot but not freezing. Ugh. Help!

I originally planned to get married March 30 in NC but we pushed it back to fall! March is unpredictable but it will definitely be windy. Could be really cold or comfortable but it won’t be hot.

I'm getting married in March of 2019 and I know that month could really go either way. That month is pretty unpredictable. Either cold or pretty nice. That was a concern of mine too but luckily our wedding will be indoors.

We are getting married early April in Greensboro! I’m thinking the weather could do anything honestly lol. We are planning an indoor ceremony and indoor reception, but if it’s beautiful we will move outside. (My brother was married in a hurricane in N.C. so we thought we would plan for the worst first lol)

Our reception is indoor but we found the most beautiful place for an outdoor ceremony. Guess we will just have to wait and see and maybe bring a basket of blankets and umbrellas?
