If you and all your bridesmaids are good at doing makeup and comfortable with it, you should consider it. If you’re wanting to do this to save money, you’d be surprised how much you end up spending purchasing all of the makeup (good quality especially for the heat) - likely hundreds of dollars. I did my own makeup due to covid, I’m good at doing my makeup and had most products but still spent about $150 on things that I only used that day (long wear full coverage foundation, setting spray, lip liner and long wear lipstick).

Primer and setting spray are must haves. Those will keep your makeup on 24+ hrs. Those whose makeup has to be retouched are not using primer or setting spray.

Also make sure the makeup is designed for high definition photography. The local Ulta/Sephora can help with this. Also get trials done before so you get the look you want.

Setting spray for sure!! You'll also want to make sure to do more makeup than usual and really define your features so they pop on camera!

I just bought some oil sheets at Walmart for $5. Really helps with oily skin.

Exactly this! In the end it isn't always cheaper and can be very stressful.

As other PP said, you need primer (face & eye) & setting spray.
Make sure you know what you want look-wise and practice.
