Makeup: Do i Need It?

I don't wear make up and I am not planning on wearing any.
I want to look like myself in my photos, I don't like the way make up feels on my face, I rub my face a lot, I just can't justify it for myself. If you want to try it go for it. Some people love doing it once for the occasion.

If you don't want to wear it, then don't! There's no law that says you have to, haha. If you're really having trouble deciding, I would maybe do a trial run with a makeup artist or try out a makeup look on yourself to see if you feel comfortable and beautiful with it on.

I don’t normally wear makeup because I have cranky roscea skin and the less I do to it the nicer it looks. Nice clear skin without and painful itchy skin with! I’m doing makeup because I want my skin tone to be evened out in pics. If you’re blessed with a non-blotchy angry red skin tone then flaunt your beautiful skin! Makeup isn’t for everybody.

If you don’t want to wear it, don’t. I wear makeup very rarely, but I will definitely be getting it done for my wedding day. I want to look like the best version of me that I can. Why wouldn’t I?

This is totally up to you! I barely wear makeup normally but I wanted to really dress up and glam up for my wedding. And I am so glad I did! I felt so beautiful! However, some might feel ‘over done’. I would get a trial done and see how you feel 😊

I'm in the same boat! I haven't worn makeup in years and decided to not have makeup for the wedding. FH has never seen me with makeup anyway!

You definitely don't need to! Some people wear just light foundation to cover any spots/even out their skintone for photos if they aren't makeup people.

Agree with this. You totally don't need to. Maybe even just some blush to give a nice flush to your cheeks, mascara, and a gloss would be simplistic enough and not change your appearance too much.

Only thing I’m really doing is my eyes. I love eye makeup and I like my eyes to pop. I never wear makeup so I won’t be doing anything else really.

I wear makeup daily but it's minimal, so I also want to look more like myself on my wedding day than someone completely different. I decided to do my own makeup to save money. I'm just doing my regular foundation routine and some slightly more sparkly eyes than I usually do. My cousins will help me put on some fake eyelashes.

I only wear makeup for event, but I love eyelash extensions so I’m going to get those a few days before and then on the wedding day I’ll just do some highlighter, bronzer, brows and glossier balm dot com
