Magic The Gathering wedding band?

Maybe figure out which type of deck he likes to build/play and have that symbol engraved. Or have them all engraved. I think there's white, blue, black, red, green, but I'm not positive. Or maybe a mana symbol as that's more universal since deck preference can change.

In Magic you're a Planeswalker, maybe you can engrave that? I think your best bet is to get him talking about Magic and try to get the answer from him.

Other than that my FH agrees with the symbols like Alison said.

My FH says all the mana symbols, on the back on the cards. He is also super into MTG. If you can't do all, or don't want too, then you could do the decks he plays

The mana thing sounds interesting and it's a term I hear a lot but don't really understand it. Is there something that gives you unlimited power in the game? Is doing the 2 Manta thing that Jessica mentioned similar to a two become one sort of thing?

From what I'm seeing on MTG Wiki, planeswalkers are one of the most powerful beings in the multiverse. So going along with Cuervo's suggestion maybe doing that? I know I see that symbol a lot. Maybe two symbols and a heart? Idk is that really dumb? lol I so appreciate the help!

There is SO MUCH in the MTG universe, I would be sneaky and start trying to learn to play, and finding out what he likes based on that. Its just such a vast mythos its hard to nail anything down/ So many characters, cards, etc.

I did find for my FI a ring with a d10 in it (ten-sided die), and that's like a universal symbol of nerdom, so maybe you could even go broader like that. Please keep up updated! I play and so does my FI, its a complicated game at first but its totally fun. I think if you learn you can get all the ideas you need, and you'll have a new activity to enjoy together.

I don't think its dumb at all. It's really sweet. My FH is also super into Magic and we've started hosting Magic nights for friends. It's interesting and can be fun with a LOT of wine. I like the symbol engraving idea. Consider mana cufflinks as a day of gift - I bet etsy has them.

I'm trying to find a specific card, its a Legendary Creature that's a married couple, so I'm thinking if they have some cute as shit flavor text, something like that. I can't remember the name of the friggen card though.

We've been together for almost 8 years and we decided that I wouldn't get into MTG but we do play other deck building games together. We want to make sure that we both have our own things but I do practically force him to go to FNM and PTQ's.

I talked with some of his MTG friends and found that he doesn't like to stick to one type of deck. Too bad about the card not having a flavor text! Which one was it? I might use it for something else.

I think what I might end up doing is either finding another nerdom that he's into or saving the engraving for an anniversary gift. I wanted to get, "It's dangerous to go alone, take this" but the engraver said it was too long. I already made him d10 cufflinks for the wedding and I have a small pokeball to carry his wedding band in.

Okay so I love MTG because my FH always played and I started playing it with him. We're complete nerds and I think this is adorable. Would you maybe be able to engrave the images of the different mana instead of words? I fount this picture online as an example.

What other nerdoms (that word is hilarious) does he belong to? Pokémon, Doctor Who?
