MAC or Sephora for wedding day?

I'm thinking about getting my wedding day makeup done at Sephora ot MAC. I loovveee MAC, but there's no trial for either unless you pay $50. Has anyone gotten their makeup up done for an event MAC or Sephora? Is $50 normal for a trial? I attached a picture of what I'm going for.

Sephora costs $50 as well, and for that you get to take the makeup home if you liked it. Their makeup artists are really good.

I hate MAC because they test on animals. Sephora has plenty of cruelty free options

Remember, all MAC and sephora stores are different. Every mua is different. Someone that loved their makeup they got done at a MAC counter in new York may not have felt the same about a MAC in Florida. It's best to do a trial and research reviews on the stores in your area!

Most people don't know this, but at Nordstrom Mac counters they do not charge you to get your make up done. Most people think they have to purchase 50 dollars in products so they just automatically pick things out to buy, but you don't have to! Just a tip!

Just hire pro. Going to the mall the day of is a pain in the ass. Unless you hire a free Lance artist from mac who will come to you.

You can get a Sephora makeover free if you are a VIB (which doesn't take too long with all the makeup I've been ordering!) but I did it for a friend's wedding and while I looked great im not sure if it's relaxing like you may want on your wedding day.
