Hey all!
Whose planning on losing some weight before their wedding?
How are you doing so? Dieting, working out, natural products?

I really like Fit Girls Guide. The ebook is $20 and then you can check in on Instagram for accountability. The gym is helpful but you can do everything from home.

I have a little over a year so I’m focusing on working out at least 6 days a week and eating 80/20 (healthy 80%, more lax 20%). I’m on Day 21 of Beachbody’s new program called Morning Meltdown 100 and I’m in love with it! Depending on how much time you have I’d say take it slow and make a total lifestyle change instead of a quick fix that’ll ultimately back fire! If you have the time, it takes cutting 500 cals a day to lose a pound per week so whether that’s 250 from diet and 250 from exercise or 500 from diet if you can do so without starving yourself that should be your focus!

Awesome! I have quite a few friends who do Beachbody and I did it at one point in time, but have so much going on in my life, it's super hard to fit it in an already busy schedule!

Yea I feel ya! The workouts are about 30 minutes so it works great for me! But the key is finding something that works for YOU so you stick to it!

I have been doing Weight Watchers since the beginning of June. I am currently down 35 pounds. I only do the online version of the program. You get a certain number of daily points and weekly points depending on certain factors i.e. age, starting weight, and gender. There is an app that tracks your points and allows you to track your weight loss. This program has really kept me accountable with everything I'm eating. I actually had to have my seamstress take in my dress about 7 inches in the back because it completely fell off of me at my first fitting!! I hope you find something that will work for you!!

I lost 15 lbs in 6 months for our wedding (my husband ended up losing the exact same amount but he gained a lot more muscle). I cut out desserts, soda, and coffee creamer. I basically drink just water, and 1 cup of coffee per day. I did HIIT workouts twice a week at a studio, then used the Tone It Up app the other three days a week at home. I walked at least 3 miles every weekend with our dog too.

My neurologist put me on a modified Atkins diet to help with seizures. It is basically staying under about 25 carbs a day. I track my food through the CarbManager app and I’ve lost about 60 lbs since April and that’s without any exercise programs

I normally eat healthy. But I was not active much at all so I began moreso a routine that I'd keep up with after the wedding.i think the goal should be moreso lifestyle than only short-term for the wedding
