Losing weight before the wedding .

Starting Monday ill be going on a diet. God knows I need it. Wondering if any of you beautiful ladies would like to join to keep us accountable.


I myself going to do some herbalife shakes and Beachbody exercises. It's worked before for me. Anybody?

    Love Herbalife. Been using their products for 15 years! And I have Beachbody on Demand as well.

    Herbalife helped me a lot. I just got my shakes yesterday. Beachbody on demand is freaking awesome!

    Yeah going back to the low carb and clean eating again. I have to. Being a truck driver is not easy. You really don't have much of an option to eat. Thank God I have my slow cooker and my little burner. I rather cook in the truck then eat in a truck stop.
    The hours sitting down don't help either. It's time to get back in shape. My 15-year-old daughter is joining also in this journey. I'm so proud of her!

    I'll do it with you to help with accountability!! Monday was my planned "start day" too. My fiancé tries to help me stay on it, but then eats huge bowls of ice cream in front of me - not super helpful! Haha

    Yeah I feel that. I was diagnosed with diabetes after about 6 years of a fairly stationary life and quick fast food. Now that we have a young pup who requires exercise, and I've been getting my butt kicked to move more. Plus I have the time to exercise lol. Low carb is also important for diabetics, so I haven't had a soda in a year and I do my best not to eat fries.

    I’ve been trying too! Been doing arm workouts to tone up my arms, reduce flab, and even chin stretching exercises (the last one is a bit embarrassing, but I’ll be honest since my mom mentioned photos of double chin I have been self conscious). Been drinking tons of water too for the skin benefits and losing weight benefits too!

    Fries are definitely hard to resist!!! Chips and salsa are my biggest temptations right now. 😅

    I have type 2 diabetes. Been diabetic for 10 years now. I was on metformin for a while until I was able to keep my blood sugar levels good on diet only. But lately, it's just been out of control and I know it's due to that I gain weight.😔

    I've been using Noom for a couple of months and it's been great! It really works on changing your lifestyle and gives you all these cool articles to read every morning with the psychology of weight, food, and lifestyle! The app also tracks your food differently than other apps.

    It categorizes food by green, yellow, and red. No food is necessarily off-limits but, it gives you a recommended limit. So red foods you have a limited amount, yellow moderate and green foods you can have as much as you want in a day. They also put you in a group where you can encourage each other and talk about struggles and successes. I highly recommend it!

    I cut down my portions, stick to two SMALL snacks a day, and “close” the kitchen at 7:45 now. Started doing hikes around my area as well. Here’s to fitting in the dress I bought almost 2.5 years ago at this point
