Looking for Venues and reception under 700$

We will only spend $750 or less for our location, table n chair rentals included for 90 people. We're doing Indoor since its January

As someone else said, a more intimate wedding with quality over quantity is the way to go. With 40 people and your overall budget, I'm sure you can pull off something lovely. Maybe even doing small appetizers over full meals. In that case, maybe heavy alcohol isn't the way to go but going with a limited selection of beer and wine. You don't need a DJ either unless you know someone who can do it for you on a budget.

I got married at 310 Lakeside which is a restaurant on Lake Eola. It was $125-$250 to get married in the courtyard and then the reception was in a private room at the restaurant. There was no minimum on Fridays or Sunday's. They have various options for the reception depending on your budget.

Melbourne civic center is on the water, has two different outdoor ceremony spaces and a reception hall. I went to a wedding there and it was really nice! I think it's like $500 but for two days or something it's $800

If at all possible, check out the bridal expos throughout FL. I went to one and they offered 50% off ceremony site and reception site. That totaled $750 in Tampa, which would have been $1500. It also included free uplighting that is valued at $1,000. That did not include our food/beverage minimum.

I would also check out different halls, event centers, and community centers.

OP, are you sure Longwood Center is free??? Most Florida parks you need a permit for a wedding. I can't even hold a birthday party at area parks in a pavilion without a permit. They actually do go around the park and ask if you have one.. Also, why wouldn't you hold the reception inside the Community center??

Check your local government website. My county has community centers for rent at really great prices with low deposit requirements. Good luck.
