I don't mind if it is in Conroe or not. I open to the surrounding cities such as Houston or Willis. We are currently college students and can't afford much

If you have an armory in your area, you can also get a steal of a deal for them as venues, and some of them are super easy to make gorgeous.

Depending on where you live look into Community Clubhouses! That's what we are doing and it's only costing us $100/hr and only requiring a $400 deposit which we get back! People are going to make you think you can only resort to parks and public spaces but there are hidden gems.
