Looking for a venue on a budget.

Hi everybody!

I'm located in Ventura County and finding it fairly difficult to find something within our budget. I'd like to keep all venue costs no more than $6k. Full budget for the wedding is $10k.

Any recommendations for unique venue ideas? I'd also prefer a venue that allows outside catering.

I would check into community centers. We are bringing in our own food and drinks, and since it's a blank slate for decorating we don't have to try and match crazy carpeting. We have it for 10 hours for 275
