Hi guys,
We are having a destination wedding in Costa Rica, so a lot of our guests can not make it. We want to live stream the ceremony, most likely to YouTube. We tried to hire someone to be in charge of making sure everything went smoothly but we couldn't find anyone who would do so. The photographer and videographer didnt want to take away from what they are doing to tend to the live stream (totally understandable).
Has anyone done this or know of anyone who has?
The photographer is going to bring a tripod to set the phone up on. But just wondering about sound and using a mic and internet connection as the venue is outdoors.

This is a very unique idea!! I don’t have any experience to lend advice but I am sure if you do a trial run you’ll feel better about it working well

I'm getting married in my home church which livestreams our worship service every week! We will also be streaming our ceremony. I think the need for microphones can be determined based on your phone's capabilities, but remember don't take away from the people there with you to improve the quality of the livestream! Both are important!

The script of the ceremony can be ordered from professional copywriters. I did this at my wedding. Our ceremony read more consisted of 3 parts. The first is the intro. Scriptwriters have described the story of Orpheus and Evridika.
