Lights or No Lights

Hey y'all! So we were going to do uplights but we decided not to because of budget. Since it's NYE I think lights somewhere are appropriate! Should I make the photo booth backdrop like picture 1 & 2 or should I leave it like we originally planned, picture 3? I was also thinking about possibly taking...

Hey y'all! So we were going to do uplights but we decided not to because of budget. Since it's NYE I think lights somewhere are appropriate! Should I make the photo booth backdrop like picture 1 & 2 or should I leave it like we originally planned, picture 3? I was also thinking about possibly taking picture 1 & 2 and putting it behind us at the sweetheart table because the background is ugly lol. Opinions please! Thank you in advance! ETA: if you have any other suggestions for incorporating lights, let me know!

    I like 1 as sweetheart table well, Also 3 as photobooth drop looks vry Glam & Fun! Both pics have that "Wow" factor. So far so good. Best Of Luck. Lookin forward 2 seeing ur BAM photos:-)

    I vote 3 also. The lights might look weird and mess up the photos. In terms of the sweetheart table, you will probably be up dancing or be with guests and not sit down much. For me personally, I wouldn't waste the money.

    I agree number 3 would be best for the photobooth, as the lights may mess with the photos. I do love 1 and 2 for sweetheart table or altar or whatever you are using it for! I can't decide between them! I guess I am leaning more towards #2. I love lights!

    I think the first two are good for your sweetheart table and the third keep for the photo booth

    I agree with many others about using 1 and 2 behind the sweetheart table, if you're having one! If you or FH are DIY inclined, there are actually uplight rental companies that will send you uprights for $15-20 per light, you just have to set them up yourself. If you'd still like to have the uprights Smiley smile

    Here are the ones I've been looking into:

    https://www.diyuplighting.com, http://www.americanpartylights.com/rentals/led-uplights/, http://www.uplightingamerica.com. I don't have experience with any of these yet, but they have great reviews!

    Definitely 1 & 2 behind the sweetheart table and then the gold sequin photo drop. Those pictures always look so cute with the sparkle behind them.

    3 for photo booth (i love the gold back drops for photos) the lights would look beautiful behind the sweatheart table.
