Lights or No Lights

FutureMrs.Dyson, on August 23, 2016 at 10:30 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 46

Hey y'all! So we were going to do uplights but we decided not to because of budget. Since it's NYE I think lights somewhere are appropriate! Should I make the photo booth backdrop like picture 1 & 2 or should I leave it like we originally planned, picture 3? I was also thinking about possibly taking picture 1 & 2 and putting it behind us at the sweetheart table because the background is ugly lol. Opinions please! Thank you in advance! ETA: if you have any other suggestions for incorporating lights, let me know!

Pic 1 and 2 is beautiful. I would use it behind your sweetheart table !

To be honest... I'm not sure if the picture didn't do it justice, but I really dislike pic 3... but I'm also having trouble figuring out what it is..

    I love all 3!!!!!!!!

3 would be easiest ... No electrical/power worries. 3 is my vote for the the photo backdrop.

2 for the sweetheart table. More lights the better IMO!

Morgan, I was thinking of using it for a photo booth backdrop. I thought sparkly kind of went with the NYE thing

I vote #3 for the photobooth because it screams fun! For your sweetheart table I vote #2, as pp said, the more lights the better! Good luck! I can't wait to see your BAM.

3 for photo both, 1 or 2 for sweetheart. Backlit photos are no good. :-)

Hallie, yeah that's what I was thinking! If I do three I might find a light to sit on the floor and shine on it, in case people want to take a picture while the lights are dim

I like picture 3 for the photo booth... With camera flashes it can cause a glare in the background. However, if you have it in your budget I'd use #2 behind your table

I like 1 and 2 behind the sweetheart table and 3 as the photobooth backdrop. 3 is very fun, festive, and fitting for NYE. 1 and 2 have a more romantic look.
