I would love cake as a late night snack! That's what I'm going to do probably with any extra cake, along with boxes if anyone wants to take some home.

We boxed ours since our dessert table was so huge. All of our guests grabbed a slice. We also had bottles of water with cute labels.

Those were the boxes we used. They were a good size for a slice. It was only $5 more per 100 to get personalized. They were also the most inexpensive ones I could find. We did the "Eat, Drink, Be Married" bottle labels from Oriental Trading to put on the water bottles.

Diabetics? No. Everyone else? Yeah, if they hang around long enough after the cake cutting.

We had plenty of guests take left overs of cake. Then once we and our families got the leftovers they wanted, I gave the rest to the venue staff to enjoy!

I would take it home but I also enjoyed having leftover wedding cake at home for ourselves. We only had 2 slices remaining (plus the aniversary cake that had no shot of lasting a year) and we went through that within the first 2 days of being home.
