My wife and I (we eloped October 2022, having a family/friend celebration and vow renewal on our 1st anniversary) are keeping thing budget friendly and a little more casual since we are already married. That being said, our “wedding” and reception are taking place at a brewery between 10:30am-3:30pm on a Saturday. We are having a few pastries out for people as they come in (realizing it is still morning and some may not have time to eat breakfast), a short cocktail hour (only beer and wine) with charcuterie, and then a reception serving a BBQ lunch along with live music and light dancing. The party will be ending at 3:30 and I would like to keep it going! What are opinions on organizing a short brewery crawl after the reception ends: I’m thinking 3-4 breweries in about 3 hours and ending at a pizza place for dinner at around 6:30pm. I anticipate most of the older guests will leave before, but may join for pizza.
Is this something you would do or stick around for at a friend’s wedding!?!? Let me know opinions or suggestions!! Thanks so much!!
