So, several know my horrible ring situation. If not, I will try to give a synopsis here with my question: Lifespirals on Etsy is an awful shop that lies, and has a horrible markup on rings that only appraise for about 50 to 60 bucks. I got married in May using little stand in rings, and only recently even recieved my junk from the seller. After they broke, I had them appraised. After months of fighting, finally she refunded our money. Thank god. Unfortunately, with our current financial situation and all the heartbreak, our new budget is $300 to get a ring on my finger. I suggested a plain band, but my husband can't stand the thought. So, I agreed to lab created gemstones or cz. I don't mind as long as we aren't being lied to about the product. That being said, Jeulia suits our needs at this time, but reviews are very mixed. I was wondering if anyone had personal experiences they could share with me while we try to make a decision. Not sure what style you're looking for but have you tried TwoBirch.com? My friend has a ring from there and absolutely loves it. It looks like they have at least 8 options (some are $304) in your price range.

I've gotten a ring from Jeulia, and they're plated. It rubs off after a very short time, and getting a refund for a worn item was like pulling teeth. Stay away from Jeulia. Yes, they're pretty and cheap, but there's a reason for that. I found a ring I like for a stand in for $40 on Amazon. Amethyst, sterling silver, swirl, gorgeous! Good luck to you in the ring endeavor. I would say get a good enough for now ring for cheap, and wait on the big permanent ring. Just my opinion.

Samara the same ring is at DH's work too. I wanted a sapphire actually.

TwoBirch is a little high but we were looking.

JCPenny's has a decent selection of in store clarence rings. You may get lucky and use an online coupon. Not sure if you tried them yet.

I also got my wedding band from Overstock. It's a simple 14k white gold band with very small diamonds on the top. (It listed the cut & clarity, I just don't have that info handy). It was only $120 and I loooove it.

Not sure exactly what you were looking for though.

@Morgan we have and they can not work within our budget.

@Brandi we have but will try again when we go to Kohl's.

@Mrs. Tullock I know that's why I'd like to decide soon.

@MrsMcCoy I love overstock. I haven't had mooch luck lately though because my husband is insisting on a set.
