Kohls Wedding Registry

Ladies with Kohl's registries -- is yours really messed up right now? Half of my registry is coming up in a "Miscellaneous" section and either doesn't have pictures or has the wrong picture. Plus everything says it's no longer available online, but most are currently available online. It's very frustrating because our wedding is in 2.5 weeks and I know guests are trying to buy off the registry... but they can't because Kohl's is terrible. So frustrated right now!!!

    I've been having trouble with them also.

    I swear, I spent an hour the other night just trying to "manage" my registry but couldn't figure out how. I had to look up the info on how to do it in the help section and then, I still couldn't figure it out. It wasn't letting me log in to my own registry to do anything! Once I finally got logged in, if I clicked on an item, it wouldn't let me add it. I was so annoyed.

    Right now, I've got about 50 items that are "Not available online" - but yesterday it was like 19. Tomorrow it might be 6. It changes DAILY.

    I'm sure people will figure it out - and if not, they might give you a gift card or cash instead and that's even better! Smiley winking

    Mine is doing it too right now - I think it is because of the huge home goods sale that's going on right now. I've noticed before when big sales happen things go "aren't currently available online" but they are still in the store and they usually come available again online - I just leave it alone until the sale ends.

    Mine too! I can't access it to manage it and add/delete things. I keep meaning to contact them about it.

    The website says the home sale goes until August 3, which is a week before my wedding...

    I've had nothing but problems with the Kohls registry, but its too late to change it.

    So update - I had emailed Kohl's earlier in the day about the registry thing and they wrote back and asked for the SKU#s of everything that was showing "not available online" on my registry because some things were showing as in stock on the general website. They looked through my registry and confirmed that everything that says "not available" was actually out of stock and if you try to order it from the general webpage you would most likely get a notification that it was on back order. So I'm definitely thinking things are out of stock because of the sale - I know that doesn't help much with your wedding being so close. Smiley sad

    Okay, thanks @Jules! I wish they would have more stock though -- if you run out during the first couple days of a two week sale, what's the point??

    I bet that the reason is changes daily is because they have it in stock, but it's just not in the Ecommerce distribution center. I work for a retailer, so we have a separate DC for online sales than product going to the stores. If imagine there is only so much room, so they refill as needed. Still a pain tho!

    This makes me feel so much better, that my registry isn't the only crazy one! I feel like I've been fighting it for the last few days. Even when I add something new to the registry to replace one of the 'Out of Stock' items, they don't work. Hopefully it'll straighten out asap.
