We're still going to do a toast, but we're not going to use champagne. Our caterer charges an extra charge per person for the champagne toast and I don't see it necessary to pay for it when most people don't even drink the whole glass they're given anyways. So I'll just have my DJ announce that we're going to do toasts in 15 minutes and for everyone to please make sure they have a drink!
