Cancel I only have one BM & that's my MOH so.. yeah. Even if it wasn't that way I was going to pick a color and let them have at it.

Cancel, I have two bridesmaid and 1 MOH; I am fine with them wearing different colors as long they all match in color. They each have very different styles and I don't want to force them into wearing a style they don't like.

Cancel. I picked the color of the dresses but let the girls choose their style.

Cancel - my closest are all individuals, they'll be the same color, but the girls can choose their own styles.

Sort of both? I am having all the bridal party (which is just 3 people) in dresses that are floor length and the same color. Other than that, I want them to wear something they are comfortable in and something they love. They are paying for their own dress and they have to be the one to wear it all day. But I do want them to match and have a 'together' look.

Cancel. I have five bridesmaids all different sizes and shapes and just knew none of them would be happy in the same dress. They all just got their dresses and they all look beautiful showing their own style!

Cancel! The color will be the same (or in the same family, if we can find different fabrics, etc that coordinate well) and they can each choose their own cut - I want them to feel amazing too!

Is your MOH going to be in the same dress as your BMs?

I’m keeping it because I really like the matching. But it’d be nice if it was two different colors. 🧐😊

Cancel. I have the girls the color and let them pick what they felt best in. They all ended up picking from the same lace collection so there's some sense of uniformity but that was by accident

Cancel. I have junior bridesmaids who are having a hard enough time finding a dress in the right color much less same style.

Again, I haven't completely decided! If I go with one color I know exactly what color it'll be (Mauve/Vintage rose/Dusty pink)... but I really love the way the different colored dresses look. We're going BM dress in October so a lot will depend on what we find! I could go either way.

Keep! I love the idea!!! Quiet honestly I love the traditional side of weddings and plan to honor as many of them as I can in my wedding!

Cancel. I think seeing the disaster of bridesmaids dresses that we've all seen in other weddings has given enough of us PTSD. If they are your bridesmaids and women you really care about, they should be able to wear something beautiful that compliments them and isn't an extra expense or chore. I know some brides want bareminimum color coordinated dresses to the wedding colors but even that can be a burden on a bridesmaid. We're letting everyone wear their best outfit without asking people to spend more money if they can't/don't want to, or to wear a color they might not like just to please me.

I would never want anyone telling me what style of dress to wear. So I am allowing my 8 girls to pick whatever style they are comfortable in as long as the dress is floor length and in the colors I choose. Everyone is different including sizes and insecurities so why not let them be comfy and feel good about what they are wearing.

Honestly its up to each individual person about what they like and don't like. I personally only have two bridesmaids so it was pretty easy to find dresses that looked good on them both. But I am definitely not going the traditional route so for me it's a cancel. I am putting my bridesmaids in like ballgowns lol I just want everyone to feel like a princess.

I think I want the colors the same but I’m not opposed to different styles. The problem is if it’s not the same style they may not match color wise. Different Shades of the same color does make the color palette more lax for the rest of the decor I feel

I think it varies greatly. If you are having a large bridal party, it's rare that all bridesmaids have the same body type and same taste. Of course even though it's your day, you want your best friends to feel and look beautiful. If everyone loves the dress, go for it! But I think as long as the fabric and length is the same it's fine!

I'm having two bridesmaids and they are wearing different dresses but are the same or similar style.
