No.. We did get just a couple small gifts anyhow from a couple friends who were happy for us, but we didn't register for anything (it was a gc and a bottle of wine)

We didn't have a registry or anything. Mostly everyone who came gave us money and a card. My aunt gave us a picture frame. Real basic stuff. I wouldn't do a registry for the JOP, but a small registry for the reception in case people want to get you something then.

You will have some people that will still give gifts, but I wouldnt expect any.

If you have a small outdoor reception later, you can register. Even if you do a backyard BBQ or something similar. Make sure to send out invites and keep it simple. I am sure that there are a lot of people that love you both and wish that you would do something so that they can give you gifts.

I was thinking the same thing just wanted other opinions I guess. We haven't registered anywhere anyway. We are going out to dinner afterwards just immidiate family

You might get a few cards from your closest family...but you prob won't get gifts, especially if you aren't registered
