Just wanted to share about our food tasting

Our food tasting at our venue was just this past Sunday. FH and I invited my sister and her husband as well as his mom to come. It was nice to see how well my sister and FMIL got along, and she was so sweet to my nephew.
We were able to try the burrata salad that we chose, two of our entrees, a couple pastas and some appetizers, including FH’s favorite thing in the world, baby lamb chops. We basically chose our menu, but we can change it up to a month beforehand.
the food was SPECTACULAR. FH is a chef, so we’re both foodies and I was a little nervous that we might be disappointed, but we were not. My sister and FMIL and myself, who do not eat lamb, scarfed down the lamb chops! The filet cut like butter and everything was just so fresh. I couldn’t be more pleased. I wanted to go upstairs and see the renovated bridal and grooms suites, but one of the best things was they were set up for a wedding that day, so I didn’t get to see it yet. What I did get to see, as it was rainy and a little chilly, was their weather plan b. They set up a supérate altar under a tent and had the heat lamps on. Everything was so beautiful. And my family is so excited. Everyone loved the feel of the place and it’s really reignited the excitement into everyone, especially as the save the dates went out just recently .
Six months out and I can’t wait!!
