Just Ordered My Wedding Invitations!!

Placed my order with Ann's Bridal Bargain for my wedding invitations!!! My wedding isn't until November 9, 2019... when should they be sent out? I put the RSVP deadline for Sept 30th. I know there is a couple threads on the timeline, I just can't find them right now

We sent ours out a little under 3 months out (so closer to 12 weeks, maybe 10 or 11 weeks). It's earlier than recommended but a lot of our guests are traveling.

We are also having a Nov wedding but a lot of people are traveling for it so we are treating it with a Destination wedding timeline. We also have an RSVP close to Sep 30th and I'll be sending out our invitations in August.

I bought a wedding planner book and the timeline suggested 3 months before the wedding. Our wedding is August 17th and we sent them out the last week of May with an RSVP date of July 19th.

I bought all my invitations early too! Unless you’re having a destination/out of town wedding you can send them out 6-8 weeks before. Hope this helps!

I sent mine out earlier than recommended. But that's also because I know people are so bad at rsvp'ing I wanted to give myself some time to prepare til I needed final counts

My hotel block blocks rooms up until a month before the wedding, and my rentals need a final head count like 2-3 weeks before. So I am making my deadline a week before the room block ends. If I send the invites out 4 weeks before the due date, thats more like 10 weeks before the wedding. I suggest figure out what works for you logisticly. Don't listen to the hard and fast rules if they don't work for your situation!

We’re getting married on November 2nd and I put our RSVP date as October 6th. I plan on sending them out the last weekend in August or first weekend in September.
