I just wanted to gently remind everyone that proper spelling and grammar makes it much easier for the members posting on the forums to understand each other. If you're looking for pertinent and helpful advice refraining from using ALL CAPS and confusing they're, their, and there and not using realtor and a retailer interchangeably, will go a long way.

    I'm more baffled by the PoSts ThAt aRe LiKe ThIs. Makes it really hard to read, along with all caps, only if you are yelling. I'm not so much peeved by the spelling of words. LOL
