June Wedding, should i be scared?? 1

My fiance and I are supposed to get married June 20th, and we are freaking out we will have to Postpone!! We are just not ready to pull the trigger on that yet, so we sent out our invitations with these inserts inside. I want to know from all you June Brides, are you guys waiting it out and keeping your date or playing it safe and Postponing??

June 6 here. We are waiting until the end of this month to make a decision. We can reschedule our honeymoon as long as it's more than 30 days before the day we check in. Also I'm just over planning
Horrible I know but I'm over it. I dont want to postpone because we've spent so much time planning this and I'm worried that if we postpone things will change (again like they have so many times this past year) and well have to start over (again). Burnt out

I’m getting married June 29 to the love of my life. I’m trying my best not to stress. I do not want to postpone AT ALL. Been dating for 9years, engaged for over a year and half, I’m done waiting. Lol

We are in the same boat, we been together for 6 years engaged since 2018, we don't want to wait anymore! The plan is, if we have to postpone, we will get married at city hall and then do a vow renewal and reception when we postpone.

I think this is really smart. Fingers crossed things will work out for you. Is your RSVP date before or after the May 22nd notification date you've set for yourself?

Our RSVP date is the 22nd as well, I had a hard time deciding what day to pick but that seemed as good as any.

Hmm. We are supposed to have a May 30th wedding and an April 29 RSVP. We are pretty certain we won't be able to have the wedding we planned but are waiting at least another couple weeks to make a decision. I'm worried that some guests who RSVP'd "yes" early on might change their mind due to the situation, and also worried that people are really nervous and waiting for us to make a call so they don't have to decide if they want to risk it or not and we are putting them its this weird position of "well I really want to go but I'm scared". I suspect most of our RSVPs will come in right on our date if we don't reach out to guests earlier.

We sent out our invites literally right before everything started to get crazy in the USA, so didn't even have an opportunity to pop in a note like this. I think its really smart. Fortunately we do have email for all of our guests so we can get in touch with them pretty quickly once we make a decision.
