Yes, we have the venue and the caterer is included. for my hair and make up my sisters will be doing them.

Invitations, im working on it now, we are sending out around March, save the date im sending out end of January online, i have my veil and Jewelry, Fiance's tux not yet he's working on that maybe in March? is that too late?

The day of the wedding, I think the place we are getting married they have a coordinator that will help with everything we need, i will find out when i meet with them soon.

Yes, definitely find out because you want to be sure that you are getting your monies worth! Also know the difference between a wedding coordinator, event manager, and facility coordinator. I've been to a wedding in the past where the facility coordinator did not care about the guests and their experience. The bride and groom had a simple request of no phones and the facility coordinator did not honor that.

Oh thank you very much, i didn't know about the difference with the coordinator and event manager etc, i will definitely ask when we meet them soon. And yes, my family will be helping out the day of the wedding. I will be dropping off all the decoration, favors etc few days before the wedding.

Sounds like you’re on the right track! What about honeymoon, transportation, hotel bookings, programs/menu cards if you’re having them.

View Quoted Comment Honeymoon is set for Aruba, but still waiting to book the flights, wedding menu the venue will provide that. And the transportation I have to book that soon. I just need a car service for me and my bridesmaids to the venue from the hotel I'm not doing limo because were having the ceremony and reception at one place. One thing we dont have to spend money on.
