July Wedding

My fiancé and I are planning on getting married in mid August and still aren’t sure Washington will be through the four phase by then. We have 150 on our guest list and I really don’t know how to cut our list down if we have to go to plan B.


Of course it’s about marrying the person of your dreams, but when you have all this money invested in a certain vision, changing that is really hard.

We were originally July 26th but a couple months ago moved our wedding to September 6th (Snohomish). We just a few days ago decided to shift to summer 2021 but we are also planning for a 150person guest list and are trying not to cut it down. Are you still on track for July!? If so, best of luck!! crossing my fingers for you. Chelan will be beautiful.

Another Western Wa bride here my fiance and I were originally planning 09/19 for an indoor wedding. We decided to postpone the full ceremony and do a "minimony" this year at Woodinville Lavender with just our families. We pulled up our date to July 27th so the lavender would still be blooming! I'm super excited to still be married this year, but it's definitely been hard to adjust plans so many times. Hoping we don't get pushed back to phase one in the next two weeks I just need TWO more weeks of phase two, LOL.

Such a tough year with resetting those expectations! Good luck to the OP if you are still planning July in Chelan, that sounds fun as well
