Josiah meetinghouse or the barn at bull meadow?

Hi everyone!

Me and my fiance are looking to get married may 2021 and looked at Josiah meetinghouse and also spoke to the owners of the new venue that's being built the barn at bull meadow in Concord. Both are similar price but I'm so torn! Josiah meetinghouse is beautiful and I love the outdoor fireplaces but does feel slightly cramped for 100 guests and right on the road. On the other side I've only seen renditions of the Concord barn and it looks beautiful big and set back minus fireplaces. Is it crazy to choose a venue you haven't actually seen yet? Or any feedback about Josiah? I am feeling torn!

They both have some great previous couple reviews on their profiles - Josiah's Meetinghouse, The Barn at Bull Meadow.

Haven’t heard of the second place but my friend got married at Josiahs meeting house last year and it was so beautiful. They just did some work on it and the back porch is amazing. Photos came out great! It’s a beautiful venue and I almost booked it as our venue as well.
