I would agree no to a neckace. The earrings are up to you, with your dress you can be colorful or simple with a pearl earring or simple drop earring. As for the wrist - if you have time could you just take off the watch? - if not then I would use pinterest - most bracelets wouldn't be thick enough to cover a watch band.

No necklace - it would detract from the dress.

I would do some kind of pearl/diamond combo in your ear (real/fake - it doesn't matter, lol). Etsy has soooo much stuff even if you're just looking for inspo. And pinterest. For bracelets, something like a multi-strand pearl bracelet would be wide enough to cover your watch tan. I have an antique multi strand pearl bracelet with a huge sapphire closure encircled with little diamonds, that I want to wear, but I need to have it restrung -- which is $$.

I would keep it simple with some earrings, either stud or drop. Your dress has lots of sparkles already!
