Are you guilty of telling a wedding white lie? From fudging the truth to your parents by saying "it's too late" to change something, or telling a nosy uninvited wedding guest that you had to "keep things small" or that the guest list is "mainly family" - sometimes a little white lie can ease the awkwardness!

True. I had to tell my grandma we were pretty set on our guest list even though we had some wiggle room; I did not need the people she was asking to invite at my wedding.

True! I have talked to my mom about certain people not being invited and then inviting them and talking to my dad about certain people being invited and then kicking them off the list

No lies here. I'm not afraid to let people know that we are having a small and intimate wedding and because of that, it's primarily family.

False. As I haven't talked about it with anyone other than my fiance.

False, and I hope I don't have to!

I have told a lot of lies about things like this. Since I’m still in school, a lot of my strictly class friends have asked if they’re invited. One even asked if she could be a bridesmaid. I told her the wedding was mostly family since our families were so big. Not a total lie. But a lie.
