Mine is on both my homeowners and the insurance Helzberg offers. The homeowners covers theft, fire, and flood.

Re Helzberg's plan....If I have my ring inspected twice yearly, they will replace the diamond if it falls out. They do all repairs and sizing for free too. Imho...for what my FH paid for this, I would not consider walking out of the store without it being insured. It is in investment and the insurance protects it. Actually, all of our jewelry comes from Helzberg and we insure all pieces.

I have my jewelry on a separate policy that is through the same company that I have my home owner's insurance with. It's one of the first things I did after getting it.

Mine is also with my Homeowners Insurance. But I also have a Jewelry Policy that insure all my jewelry.

@June2011....Helzberg only covers loss or damage. It does not cover theft, fire, flood. I would def call your insurance agent and have it insured for theft, fire and flood.

I have mine through Jeweler's Mutual.

Mine is insured with Jeweler's Mutual and I have had a wonderful experience with them thus far. They came recommended to us from many people, including the jewelers at Mayors. FH got the lifetime warranty with mine And thank goodness he did, I had two diamonds fall out of my ring before the 6 month inspection Don't know what we would've done if he didn't have the lifetime warranty on it!

I was thinking about them as well.

Jeweler's Mutual is great. You can go on line and get a quote. We found it to be cheaper than putting it on our homeowner's. Our jeweler recommended it and he said it is what most of the jewelers in town use to cover their store merchandise.
