Is this too white for a wedding?

If it’s mostly white, I’d skip it, but if the white is just accents, you should be fine. You can always add colorful accessories to be safe!

If you have to ask that question, maybe go with something else.

I'm not sure what your budget is, but I bought this dress before and really liked it—I think it could work as a bridesmaid dress too.

You can check photos for the venue to see the styles worn for the wedding. You may be able to wear an outfit that is a step up from casual but not specifically a cocktail style. You can check for rentals, goodwill, and consignment shops. Some local second-hand shops may be available. Those are options if you have some budget to get a dress.
