Is my flower budget unrealistic?

Don't believe so, but have you thought about doing silk flowers to save? Or fake flowers. I would be sneezing my brains out if I had the amount of real flowers you plan to have

If you use a florist, most likely. If you do your own arrangements it might be doable.

SAMs Club also sells pre-made wedding packages including centerpieces.

I'm not sure where you are but in Florida I got a quote for the exact same stuff for $750

Looking at my quote from our florist, I think that's realistic. We are right at a thousand (including tax) and have: bridal bouquet, toss bouquet, 3 bridesmaid bouquets, 7 boutonnieres, 3 corsages, a garland for our ceremony site, and the delivery/setup/pickup charges.

This is with a professional master florist that our venue recommended (her work is STUNNING).

I'm not sure if she just really loved as and gave us a great deal or if that's reasonable, but I was surprised at how affordable it all was. Price may also vary depending on the kind of floral you want.

Minus the centerpieces, I had a similar flower order and I paid under $700. Area and type of flowers is a huge factor. I'm in a low COL area, and I picked in season flowers, so that helped. Your best bet is to get some quotes from florists and see what prices are coming up.

Thanks so much for the feedback so far! I had no idea sams did pre arranged flowers, I'll definitely have to look into that. I am in the Tampa Bay Area, but the way, if that helps at all!

Depends on your area and the type of flowers.

The only way to know if you're being unrealistic is to actually have a chat with a florist. I think it will honestly depend on the details you want as well as specific flowers. Simple doesn't mean the same to everyone, but I think we are spending around $1500 on our flowers, for around the same things. It all depends!

I have an amazing florist doing about that much for me in a $1000 package. Only diff is we have 7 centerpieces and no bouts.

If you order from Sam's club this is definitely doable. We ordered the 12 corsage and 12 boutonnière package and it was under $200, and then a bunch of loose flowers. FH's mother worked at a floral shop for many years and offered to put together the bouquets. She hasn't been super involved and really wanted to do this so we were all about it. We spent about $550.

I don't think so, although it will be tight. I'm doing my own centerpieces via flowers from blooms in a box (since they're small and we only have 7) and am having a local florist do 2 bouquets (for me and my sister) and 3 bouts (FH, BM, and dad). Total cost from the florist was just shy of $300 and blooms for centerpieces are $418, for just over $700 total. I'm also using succulents, which are not cheap.

That is so good to know! I will definitely look into sams, so much more affordable. And @Kate those flowers are beautiful! Perfect for a fall wedding.

I don't think that's too bad. We are doing 7 bouquets, 2 mini bouquets for the moms, 9 bouts, 2 corsages, 20 teacup centerpieces, 15-20 light bulb vases in various sizes, and the ceremony florals. We got an estimate of $1,500.

Though our centerpieces are smaller.

I spent $400 on 200 roses, 200 carnations, 100 baby's breath, and 100 greenery stems. We will see how it works out lol

Check your local grocery floral departments. We are getting ours from Kroger and they have great prices! They will even arrange your centerpieces for a small fee. You just drop off the vases and they will have them ready for you to pick up at whatever time you need.

No! We got a quote for 10 centerpieces, 1 bride bouquet, 2 bridesmaids, and 4 bouts for 483 from Whole Foods!!!

I think it may be doable....mine is priced just over $1000 for 1 bride bouquet, 4 bridesmaids, 6 bouts, 2 wrist corsages, 6 centerpieces and 5 bunches of eucalyptus.
